Dryer / Dryer Vent Cleaning $149.00 includes:

  • Complete lint/debris removal from back of the dryer to the outside vent cover

  • Cleaning of outside vent cover, dryer exhaust port, dryer lint catcher, and dryer lint catcher housing.

Pro-Grade Disinfectant Fogging $59/up to 18 vents  (What’s this? Fogging is what makes your home smell great and also decontaminates the air system, neutralizing mold spores, fungi, and other microbials.  Our odor counteractants remove old smells and deter spiders)

 

Ozone shock treatment  (What’s this?  For extreme odor cases, we ozone shock the areas to remove smells such as smoke or other extreme odors. Guaranteed or your money back, Call for pricing details)

Our Policies & Procedures:

West Tenn Air Duct Cleaning  is a professional cleaning service that is licensed and fully insured for your protection. 

 

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by West Tenn Air Duct Cleaning.

 

Payment

Payment for services is due in full at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. We accept all major credit cards. Payment plans are available.

 

West Tenn Air Duct Cleaning gladly accepts payment in the following forms:  cash, personal check, or charge. If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately before cleaning will begin.  If you are not available, we will reschedule your appointment.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice.  Once we take a reservation, we hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers.

 

Refunds

We pride ourselves in giving supreme service to our clients.  We go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your cleaning service before we leave.  Since air duct cleaning is a personalized service, we do not offer refunds.  If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours for a consultation.

Extra Services

If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we may allow the extra time needed at your home.
